Join the sitting group to ground into presence and openness, develop self-friendliness, experience life with greater richness, and let your deep self untangle. Guided meditation of different traditional and modern techniques will help us bring balanced, spacious, and clear awareness to our breath, body sensations, thoughts, and emotions.
Structure of class: explanation of a meditation technique, a calming and deepening guided twenty-five minute mindfulness practice, a positivity practice (gratitude, forgiveness, positive visualizations), and then finish up with lively Q&A, discussion, and/or a talk. Sessions are by donation, and are designed to be useful for people with some experience in meditation as well as total beginners.
