Guided meditation of different traditional and modern techniques will help us bring balanced, spacious, and clear awareness to our breath, body sensations, thoughts, and emotions.  <\/p>\n<p>Structure of class: explanation of a meditation technique, a calming and deepening guided twenty-five minute mindfulness practice, a positivity practice (gratitude, forgiveness, positive visualizations), and then finish up with lively Q&#038;A, discussion, and\/or a talk.
