Teacher Adam Coutts is on a two year pilgrimage to Buddhist Monasteries in the US and Asia.
There are no classes scheduled at this time. Please check back in late 2010 for more great classes.


Preparation

Students are requested to please :

1. Arrange your schedule such that you may attend all eight classes.
2. Register with the teacher before the first day of class.
3. Bring a sitting cushion to class if you have one (although there will be an abundance available), as well as a notebook and pen.
4. Dress comfortably and be prepared to sit still for twenty minutes intervals in a meditative or seated posture.

Cost

Cost for the meditation series is $250, paid by the first day of class.

Class size is limited to ten. Priority is given to those who commit to attend all eight class sessions.
